We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal with proven experience in immigration law to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of immigration processes and the ability to assist clients with a variety of legal matters. Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents.
Draft and review immigration forms such as I-130, I-485, I-765, N-400, and others.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide updates on case status.
Maintain case files, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with USCIS requirements.
Prepare and submit responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs).
Provide bilingual support, translating legal documents and correspondence between English and Spanish as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as an immigration paralegal, with a focus on family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, and/or naturalization processes.
Strong knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (especially in writing and reading).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate directly with customers in Spanish.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Paralegal certification or degree is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
