Litigation Attorney

We are interested in hiring for a full-time position located in Texas and New Mexico
Position Summary
As an Attorney you will handle files from filing a lawsuit through trial with support from legal assistants, paralegals and case managers, who will help lead client communications to assist with various demands related to your cases. Overall attention to details is very important for this position along with the willingness to interact with clients and other Attorneys.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Review and evaluate PI claims and provide legal advice to clients
Draft/respond complaints, motions, discovery
Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions
Attend hearings
Prepare and present at mediations
Provide guidance and counsel to clients
Document all legal action and communication in case files through the software Litify
Qualifications
Preferred 1-3 years’ experience in litigation
Texas Bar license and/or New Mexico License
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented
Perform in a high level and fast paced environment
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
Regular attendance and availability during normal business hours are required. No set hours as this is a performance based position.
Ability to work in a normal office environment.
Occasionally Travel

Pay: $90-100,000 per year plus structured performance compensation

There are no set hours as attorney is expected to work as needed to manage workload and provide exceptional customer service. On average need to work a minimum of 40 hours a week to keep up with workload demand

Texas and/or New Mexico Bar License
