Position Summary:
Our firm is seeking skilled attorneys to join our team and manage cases remotely. We offer a supportive, flexible work environment with competitive benefits and extensive training. Key Responsibilities
:
Manage and oversee legal cases in the states where you are barred.
Draft and file court documents, motions, and other litigation-related paperwork.
Handle cases remotely, ensuring consistent communication with clients and the legal team.
Provide guidance to and oversee attorneys in other states, as needed.
Qualifications
:
Bar Licenses:
Must be barred in one or more of the following states:
Texas, Virginia, California, New York, Illinois, Florida, Georgia.
Preference given to candidates with multiple bar licenses.
Willingness to obtain additional bar licenses, with company-provided funding (around $1,000 per state) for candidates with 5+ years of full-time law experience in the last 7 years.
Experience:
2–5 years of post-bar legal experience, with preference for candidates from high-volume environments (e.g., Public Defender’s Office, Legal Aid, or State Attorney’s Office).
Experience drafting court documents, motions, and handling litigation is essential.
Geographic flexibility:
Candidates are not required to live in the states where they are barred but must effectively manage cases remotely.
Compensation & Benefits
:
Salary Range:
Lawyers with 2–3 years of experience: $65,000–$75,000.
Lawyers with 5+ years of experience: $75,000–$90,000.
