Job Overview
The Nilles Law Firm is seeking an individual to fill the role of a legal administrative assistant with some paralegal duties as assigned. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Experience with electronic court filing programs preferred, but not required. Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience. This role requires strong clerical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval of information.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
Experience
Proven experience in a legal assistant role or similar position is preferred.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent written communication skills are essential for drafting documents and correspondence.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
