We are currently seeking a multi-disciplined attorney to join our dynamic team. Areas of practice and experience should include Real Estate, Land Use, and Litigation. The position is based in our Lewes, DE office but will serve all three counties in Delaware.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Delaware State Bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience practicing real estate law, with a focus on residential and commercial transactions.
Strong knowledge of Delaware real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience representing clients in real estate transactions in Sussex, Kent, and New Castle County, Delaware.
Familiarity with local zoning ordinances and land use regulations.
Prior experience handling litigation matters.
