Provide legal support on debt and equity capital markets transactions focused on the real estate industry.
Draft and negotiate leasing and other real estate-related agreements. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex transactional work. Participate in business development and
client relationship
management. Provide guidance to junior associates and work closely with clients. Looking For Juris Doctor (JD) from a Top 50 law school. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar. Experience working within an Am Law 100 or 200 firm or a similarly prestigious legal environment is highly desirable.
3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, debt and equity capital markets, and leasing. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a
team environment
