We are seeking a highly qualified mid-level/senior associate (5-8 years) with experience in representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders. You will handle term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
Qualifications:
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
.
• 5-8 years of experience in debt finance, specifically handling leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.
• Experience with private equity sponsors and private credit lenders is highly preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills are essential.
• Relevant bar admission is required.
Compensation:
$390,000-$435,000 per year
