MacKay & Agents is seeking a General Liability Partner to join an AmLaw 175 firm in California for a 100% remote position.
Key Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in:
General liability and/or products liability matters
Taking and defending depositions
Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
Preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials
Additional experience with insurance coverage litigation is a plus
California bar admission required
Position Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $125,000 – $175,000 per year
Bonus: Competitive bonus structure
