Key Expectations
The ideal candidate will:
- Develop a certain amount of portable business. Minimum requirement 400,000.
- Leverage time to earn substantial origination credit for all work performed for clients brought to the firm, even when another attorney completes the work.
- Set your own billing rates and fee arrangements.
Qualifications
We are seeking a highly-qualified candidate or group of highly qualified candidates who possess:
- At least seven years’ experience.
- A material amount of experience gained in an AmLaw 100 or 200, Silver Circle, or Magic Circle law firm, sophisticated corporate department, or strategic governmental agency.
- The ability to demonstrate a clear capacity to develop portable business.
- Have a Book of Business that has portability
