We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for law and a strong desire to excel in a dynamic legal environment.
Duties
Conduct legal research on various topics within the scope of the firm’s practice areas
Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, contracts, and agreements
Assist in case preparation and management
Provide support in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations
Skills
Strong legal writing skills
Proficiency in law office procedures and legal administrative tasks
Knowledge of patent law, immigration law, or environmental law is a plus
Experience in legal drafting and research
Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $101,510.00 – $180,000.00 per year
