I am currently working with a National firm based in Miami who are actively seeking multiple Litigation Attorney’s to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires in their Practice. Here are the headlines:

The Role
- Handle Medical Malpractice Claims: Defend leading hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals in complex medical malpractice claims, gaining hands-on experience with high-stakes cases and sophisticated legal strategies.
- Perform Strategic Legal Research: Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
- Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
- Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
