Position: Attorney Litigation Hybrid 147360
The Palo Alto Litigation Group is seeking mid-level Associates with General Litigation experience to join its team. The position offers a hybrid work model, an enhanced mentoring program, and significant opportunities for professional development and impactful pro bono work. Associates will contribute to Complex Commercial Litigation and be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle general litigation matters, including discovery, brief writing, and pre-trial preparation.
Work on complex commercial claims, including contract disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and tortious interference claims.
Collaborate with cross-office teams and other practice areas on complex cases.
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials, with opportunities for leadership on key aspects.
Qualifications:
J.D. with general litigation experience.
Experience in litigation, preferably with prior clerking experience.
Active membership in the California Bar.
Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-office environment.
