As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Family Law Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in family law to join our Santa Rosa office. This is a hybrid position offering meaningful work, generous benefits, and a culture that supports personal and professional growth.

Competitive Compensation:
Starting Rate of $125,000 annually, could be higher depending on experience and skill set

Who We’re Looking For
Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing
Minimum 2 years of experience practicing family law
Personable and empathetic—able to connect with clients during difficult times
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A self-starter who is adaptable, coachable, and collaborative
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to professional excellence
What You’ll Do
Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, child/spousal support, and domestic violence
Draft pleadings, discovery, declarations, and settlement agreements
Represent clients in court appearances, settlement conferences, and mediations
Provide compassionate, strategic legal counsel to clients
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and excellent outcomes
