Johnson Gonko Flaskamp has an opening for a Personal Injury Legal Assistant in their Lake Elmo office, which is located two blocks from Interstate 94 and Radio Drive near Woodbury. This position will provide assistance and support to clients and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be an individual who has excellent communication skills.
DUTIES:
Manage electronic case files and matters using a document management system.
Communicate with clients, attorneys and office staff.
Data entry input.
Ordering documents which include medical records and employment records.
Project scanning.
Assist attorneys and paralegals to obtain documents.
Provide support to the team as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize projects and stay on task.
One year of legal experience. Personal Injury experience is a plus!
Confidentiality and dependability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Competent in MS Office and other general internet application. Three years of MS Office is required.
