Overview
We are seeking a skilled and driven Personal Injury Attorney with strong trial and deposition experience to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate has a successful track record handling personal injury cases from intake through verdict and is passionate about advocating for injured clients. No minimum number of years in practice is required, but trial and deposition experience is essential. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a docket of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and general negligence claims
Conduct and defend depositions with confidence and effectiveness
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with strategic precision
Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trials
Develop and execute litigation strategies to maximize case value
Maintain regular, transparent communication with clients throughout their case
Work closely with support staff, experts, and investigators to prepare cases for trial
Stay informed on changes in personal injury law and court procedures
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Texas
Proven experience in depositions and courtroom litigation (trial experience required)
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage cases independently from start to finish
Commitment to client service, ethics, and professionalism
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
