Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
Draft legal documents, including motions and briefs, ensuring clarity and compliance with legal standards.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in various legal matters, including personal injury and family law cases.
Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines effectively within the law office.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and provide legal advice throughout the defense process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,950.63 – $150,467.42 per year
