Attorney, Labor & Employment Team – Fergus Falls Office
As a key member of our dynamic Labor and Employment Team, this position will provide expert legal guidance on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employment litigation, collective bargaining agreements, defending public entities, workplace investigations, labor negotiations, workplace trainings, and contract disputes. You will also be involved in medical leave, wage and hour regulations, workplace misconduct, and employee separations, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive and strategic legal support across these diverse areas.

Responsibilities:
Consult clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case.
Conduct research using legislation, case law, and other legal texts as sources to decide on mode of operation.
Draft legal texts, including reports, contracts, and appeals.
Represent clients at meetings and hearings.
Remain up to date on changes to legislation.
Complete all other tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and in good standing.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
Additional Information:
Salary range: $82,500 – $100,000.

Physical requirements:
