Position: Attorney Intellectual Property Hybrid 147359

The IP Litigation Group in Palo Alto is looking for mid-level Associates with a background in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and experience in Patent Litigation. The position offers a hybrid work model, an enhanced mentoring program, and professional development opportunities. Responsibilities:

Handle patent litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.

Work closely with clients to develop case strategies and manage litigation timelines.

Collaborate with cross-office teams and other practice areas to support complex cases.

Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials, with opportunities to lead specific aspects of cases.

Qualifications:

J.D. with a background in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

Experience in patent litigation at a law firm or similar environment.

Active membership in the California Bar.

U.S. PTO registration is a plus.

Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment across multiple offices.
