Manuel Diaz Law Firm, PC is looking for an ambitious, dedicated, outgoing, and passionate Intake Attorney to
join our team
in our Dallas Office.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
:
Reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
:
The Intake Attorney is a people person, motivated by
client interaction
, one who thrives on helping people, and to whom
salesmanship
comes naturally. The position will be
challenging
and will push the Intake Attorney’s knowledge limits across the multiple areas of practice we serve. This individual will also be surrounded by a
supportive team
of experienced attorneys across the firm and more directly by a team of Intake Representatives who will work hand-in-hand with the Intake Attorney to efficiently conduct fact-finding consultations with prospective clients to determine if a potential case falls within the scope of our practice areas (i.e. criminal, family, civil, immigration, employment and personal injury).
This position will be the first line of attorney contact with potential clients and, therefore, it is critical this individual share our firm’s mission and core values.

Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations with potential clients.
Communicate with firm’s managers and leader using multiple mediums (i.e. email, written reports, one on one presentations, etc.)
Ensuring timely and adequate follow up on every lead.
Experience:
5 + yrs. in one or more of the following areas:
Criminal, Family, or Immigration (Preferred)
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
Exceptional salesmanship
Bilingual:
Spanish (Preferred)
