The Role
- Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional Liability, Product Liability, Auto and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
- Perform Strategic Legal Research: Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
- Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
- Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
The Package
- Up to $180K Base
