Practice: Insurance Coverage – Complex coverage opinions, declaratory judgment actions, bad faith litigation, and high-exposure claims.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex insurance policies and prepare detailed coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters.
- Handle declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation.
- Manage high-exposure coverage disputes from initial analysis through litigation and resolution.
- Advise clients on coverage strategy and claim handling issues.
- Collaborate with partners on sophisticated coverage and liability matters.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active GA bar.
- 3–7+ years of insurance coverage or complex insurance litigation experience with strong analytical and writing skills.
