The right candidate will be familiar with the litigation process, discovery, managing a calendar and E-Filing in federal & state courts. Responsibilities Include: Legal drafting, e mails, court appearances, motions practice, correspondence and billing.
Supportive of your private practice.
Organizes, manages and updates client files/pleadings (electronic and paper copies). Indexes and summarizes documents and depositions.
Discovery and motion support, such as drafting and preparing, as commensurate with skill set Requirements:
Prior relevant civil experience required including in court experience and depositions.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and ADOBE Acrobat Professional valued. We offer a competitive salary and benefits.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
