Job Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our our Law Firm. We are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service and personalized legal representation. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic person to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for consultations with our attorney.
Schedule consultations and accept payment
Follow up with potential clients who have expressed interest in our services.
Manage and update the firm’s appointment calendar, ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded.
File management and general correspondence
Maintain a detailed record of client interactions and appointment details in our case management system.
Check case update and promptly notify clients of update. Put in e-service request and other requests
Copy, scan, ship and perform administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
Customer service skills
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
