Pre-Litigation Supervising Attorney
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of Plaintiff Personal Injury practices and Personal Injury files. Candidates should have 8+ years Pre-litigation and Workers’ Compensation experience. Candidates preferably will be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and be able to work fluidly within any department.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, quarterly incentive bonuses, PTO, sponsored health benefits, a 401k plan, and a Company Funded Cash Balance Plan.
Compensation:
$80,000 – $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Ideal candidates must have knowledge of Plaintiff Personal Injury practices
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Medical treatment, demands, and negotiations
Great problem-solver and proactive thinker
Attending recorded statements and independent medical examinations with clients
Researching legal issues and topics
Discussing case strategies with attorneys and staff
Negotiating settlements and instructing disbursement staff
Qualifications:
Candidates must have:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent client service skills
Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Experience: 8+ years (Plaintiff P.I.)
Bilingual helpful
