Jacobs and Jacobs Injury Law is a growing, family-run personal injury law firm committed to helping people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. We’re looking for a driven and compassionate Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This person will play a critical role in evaluating cases, connecting individuals to the help they need, and contributing to the continued growth and success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first impression of our firm—warm, professional, and attentive
Evaluate potential client cases based on firm criteria through inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, and in-person meetings
Communicate clearly and compassionately with Spanish- and English-speaking clients
Gather and prepare intake documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Enter client information and case details into our case management system, including tracking lead sources
Coordinate and schedule consultations or sign-ups with attorneys or team members
Ensure smooth hand-offs between clients and legal teams
Follow up with referred or pending cases to ensure timely progression
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving intake processes and client experience
Who You Are
Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or intake roles
Confident communicator with a friendly and professional demeanor
Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities
Able to identify opportunities, take initiative, and follow through without being asked
A true team player who values collaboration and open communication
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between office locations as needed
