Block LLP is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Intake Specialist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for potential clients.
The Client Intake Specialist plays a critical role in our firm’s success by handling client inquiries and ensuring a smooth intake process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and capable of handling conversations with Spanish-speaking clients professionally and empathetically.
Compensation:
$18 – $23 hourly
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial client intake and gather case details
Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients
Follow up with potential clients to answer questions and guide them through the intake process
Meet intake and conversion goals set by the firm
Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish and English is required
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client intake (preferably in a legal setting)
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
