I’m currently partnering with a National Law Firm with a nationally recognized labor and employment department, as they look to add a talented Litigation Associate to their growing team in Long Island. Here are the headlines:

The Role
- Litigation Management: Handle a diverse caseload of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and wrongful termination claims, with opportunities to develop sector specialisms over time.
- Courtroom Advocacy: Support appearances in state and federal courts, assisting with hearings, depositions, motions, and case progression from inception through resolution.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to advise on day-to-day employment issues, delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions tailored to business needs.
- Drafting & Case Preparation: Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements, while supporting senior attorneys in building case strategy and trial readiness.
