As a Paralegal specializing in Mental Health, you will support attorneys by conducting legal research, managing case files, and preparing essential documents. Your core skills in legal administrative tasks will be vital in ensuring efficient case management. With premium expertise in family law and strong writing abilities, you will assist in drafting pleadings and correspondence. Additionally, your organizational skills and attention to detail will enhance the overall effectiveness of our legal team, contributing to the successful resolution of case matters.

2-5 years of experience
Ideal candidates will have experience or a desire to learn what is needed to support a mental health practice group
Prior experience/understanding of guardianship, conservatorship litigation, emergency motions
