What You’ll Do

  • Managing a High‑Volume Caseload: oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict.
  • Engaging with Clients: maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
  • Conducting Key Litigation

    Activities:

    conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations and develop comprehensive case strategies.

  • Advocating in Trials: serve as lead counsel in jury trials, passionately advocating to secure favorable outcomes.

What You Need

  • Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or moot court experience strongly preferred.
  • Active and in good standing with your local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred. Must be located in the state where this job is posted.
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to articulate case strategies and engage effectively with clients and team members.

  • Competitive Compensation: attorneys typically earn between $150,000 and $350,000 annually. The starting base for this early‑career position will most likely be closer to $80-100k with additional compensation from settlements and verdicts.
