Salary: $175,000+ DOE
What You’ll Do:
Act independently on complex litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and managing discovery
Present and cross-examine witnesses, negotiate with opposing parties, and develop case strategy from start to finish
Make critical case decisions based on sound judgment and a deep understanding of client needs
Supervise, train, and mentor associates and paralegals through active delegation and feedback
Work toward mastery in litigation or other areas of expertise, contributing to the firm’s overall success
What You Bring:
Litigation experience
Experience in all stages of litigation, including trial preparation, trial, and appeals (though in-court trial experience is not required)
Mastery of civil procedure and litigation principles within the firm’s practice areas
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Superior written and oral communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
