Responsibilities:

Manage Due Diligence – Coordinate due diligence for corporate transactions, identifying risks and ensuring smooth closings.
Build Client Relationships – Expand your practice by traveling to key markets (Austin, Boston, Southern California) for business development and conferences.
Mentor Junior Associates – Guide younger attorneys, helping them grow while strengthening the firm’s corporate practice.
