opportunity is available for a mid-level corporate attorney to join a highly regarded Life Sciences team. You will work on
dynamic
corporate transactions for high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies in the US, Asia, and beyond. This includes advising venture-backed private and public companies on equity financing, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance matters.

Candidate Parameters:
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate and transactional work, with a focus on capital markets (including IPOs and follow-on offerings).

communication skills
are essential.
