Position Overview:
We are seeking an
Attorney
to
join our team
in
West Palm Beach, FL
. This role will primarily focus on
contract drafting and review, transactional legal support, and discovery request assistance
, among other legal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate and business law,
attention to detail
, and the ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
. Prior experience with SaaS, technology, and IT-related agreements is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Provide legal support for business transactions, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Assist with discovery requests, legal research, and case preparation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal concerns.
Maintain and organize legal files, contracts, and correspondence.
Conduct due diligence on various corporate matters.
Support general corporate governance and compliance efforts.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility to become licensed in Florida).
1-3 years of experience in contracts, corporate law, or transactional legal work preferred.
Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Prior experience with SaaS, technology, and IT-related agreements strongly preferred.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work onsite in the West Palm Beach office 5 days a week.
Compensation & Benefits:
Part-time estimated salary: TBD hourly……
Full-time salary: $90-100K+ (contingent on experience)
