Our life science corporation is seeking a very experienced attorney to support account executives who manage key account relationships. The attorney will be dedicated to the account executives for legal support with review, drafting and negotiation of purchase contracts with large customers. Considerable interaction with the account executives and customers is expected.
No specific industry experience is required,, but the position involves heavy contract work. The position is 100% remote and averages 15-20 hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS
-JD degree, active law license and be in good-standing. Must also have NO disciplinary history in ANY jurisdiction.
-Strong academic background, superior oral and written communication skills.
-At least 10 years of practice in a quality legal environment, with significant experience in practice related to the duties and responsibilities of the position as described above.
