Transactional Attorney/In-House/Western Philadelphia Suburbs Our client is an operational venture capital company that seeds, launches, and grows businesses offering fintech solutions to financial advisory firms. The company seeks a commercial/transactional lawyer with approximately 4+ years of sophisticated corporate experience gained at a major law firm and also, ideally, at an in-house law department. Reporting to the General Counsel, this lawyer will:
Counsel the company and its portfolio companies. Negotiate, draft, and review a wide variety of commercial agreements. Handle
regulatory compliance
,
risk assessment
, corporate governance, and financing transactions. Advise
senior management
, sales, and operations personnel on myriad issues. Provide practical advice on risk management. This candidate must be able to:
