Commercial Litigation Associate | New York (Hybrid) – Up to $250k

Key Duties:
- Handle complex commercial and real estate litigation from investigation through trial
- Manage disputes involving commercial leases, construction, development, and partnership issues
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and strategic motions
- Conduct depositions and prepare for mediations and court appearances
Requirements:
- JD and active New York bar
- Minimum 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience (real estate or construction preference)
