An established, nationally recognized law firm is seeking to add a Real Estate Partner to its thriving Commercial Real Estate practice. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a seasoned attorney looking to advance their career within a prestigious, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent sophisticated commercial clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including:
Purchasing and selling commercial properties
Real estate development
Financing transactions (representing both lenders and borrowers)
Commercial leasing
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
Participate actively in business development initiatives.
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys across various practice areas.
Qualifications:
8+ years of comprehensive commercial real estate experience.
Strong background working with real estate investment trusts, developers, syndicators, high-net-worth individuals, brokerage firms, and property management companies.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactions with confidence and independence.
Positive, energetic, and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
A moderate book of business is not required.

Compensation:
