A highly regarded Atlanta real estate law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its established practice.
The role offers exposure to sophisticated transactions for developers, investors, homebuilders and other major real estate clients, with matters ranging from approximately $2M to transactions approaching $200M.
The work includes:
- Commercial acquisitions and dispositions from LOI through closing
- Leasing, development and mixed-use projects
- Large land and acreage transactions
- Entity formation, joint ventures and real estate-related corporate structuring
- Direct client contact and meaningful responsibility from the outset
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience, including strong purchase and sale, acquisitions and leasing exposure.
This is an opportunity for an attorney seeking sophisticated work within a collaborative, less hierarchical environment. The firm is also prepared to recognise prior experience when determining partnership track, creating a potentially accelerated route for the right lateral hire.
Multi Locations Available – Atlanta, GA
Portable business welcomed, but not required
Primarily office-based, with practical flexibility where needed
