Location/Schedule: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Base Salary: Up to $170k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Commercial Litigation – Business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder actions, construction, and complex commercial matters for individuals and middle-market companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial litigation cases from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial.
- Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and handle all aspects of case strategy and development.
- Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
- Collaborate with clients and partners on case strategy, risk assessment, and resolution.
- Take increasing ownership of files with real responsibility and visibility.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active PA bar.
- 1–5 years of commercial litigation or complex civil litigation experience.
- Strong writing and advocacy skills.
