We are seeking a Class Action Associate Attorney for a leading employment law firm in Beverly Hills. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for employee rights in complex class action cases while working in a supportive, client-focused environment.

Manage class action cases from start to finish, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and trial preparation.
Communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other documents.
Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to requests.
Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
*** Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
***** Minimum of 2 years in class action litigation, preferably in employment law.
***** Active California State Bar membership.
***** Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills with attention to detail and organization.
Salary ** $120,000 – $200,000
