Working with us, you’ll be co-operating closely with and being mentored by senior attorneys possessing 25+ years of experience, and given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of civil cases including but not limited to: personal injuries, medical disputes, trust protections / disputes etc.
**Responsibilities:**
1.Manage all stages of litigation for civil cases, which may include but not limited to the following:
Discovery conducting
Briefing writing
Court filing
Motion filing
Court appearance
2. Prepare and conduct client interviews
3. Develop strategies & recommend actions for client’s best interest
4. Maintain regular presence at office to share case updates / case analytics with colleagues in firm
**Requirements:**
1. Licensed to practice law in California
2. At least 1 year experience practicing law in California
3.Self-motivated, ability to operate tasks individually when needed
4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
5. Passion for the legal field and eagerness to learn and grow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $96,000.00 – $144,000.00 per year
