Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney for a small, busy Plymouth Meeting, PA Plaintiff’s personal injury office to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will posses 3-5 years of litigation experience and will be able to handle depositions, arbitrations, drafting complaints, answering discovery and demand packages. Duties

Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
Represent clients in negotiations and litigation proceedings in personal injury matters.
Extensive contact with clients and attorneys.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to Pa and NJ bar associations.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents.
Proven ability to litigate effectively in court settings including depositions and arbitrations.
Proficiency in conducting legal research using Lexis or similar platforms.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
