Relay is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Contracts & Administrative Coordinator, an ideal role for someone looking to grow their career in corporate operations, legal support, or business administration.

This role is based in our Raleigh, NC headquarters and estimated to work ~20 hours per week for ~6 months with potential to extend.

What you’ll do:

As a Contracts & Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting corporate functions by reviewing contracts, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring accuracy in documentation and processes. This role is perfect for an entry-level professional who thrives on organization, attention to detail, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic technology company.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Support:
Review and track contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain contract records and assist with document organization.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and legal teams to facilitate contract approvals.
Administrative Support:
Handle scheduling, data entry, and general administrative duties for corporate functions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Assist in organizing meetings, maintaining records, and managing communication.
Detail-Oriented Operations:
Ensure accuracy in all documentation and processes.
Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Support audit and compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a legal operations or administrative role.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a legal operations, paralegal, or administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or legal environment.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with contract management, state and local filings, and compliance documentation.
Prior experience working with confidential, sensitive information
Knowledge of AI and ability to utilize it in completing tasks is a plus.
Proficient in Gmail and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with contract management and compliance software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
