We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and growing practice.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.

Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.

Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.

Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and partners.

Stay up to date on legal trends and case law related to insurance defense.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

5+ years of experience in medical malpractice or insurance defense litigation (bodily injury, property damage, general liability, or similar experience preferred).

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Trial experience or a strong interest in trial work is a plus.
