Brothers, Alvarado, Piazza & Cozort, P.C. is looking for attorneys to add to its defense litigation section. Eligible candidates must have defense litigation experience. Applying candidates should be self-starters, able to handle their own docket and promptly move cases along, able to bill in accordance with the ABA’s A/L Uniform Litigation Code Set, and have significant experience handling personal injury/commercial matters.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
No less than 5 years of insurance defense experience and must hold a current license in Texas
Experience conducting and defending depositions
Experience in a courtroom/Zoom setting
Record billable time in accordance with the ABA’s A/L Uniform Litigation Code Set
Able to work remotely as needed
Experience in preparation of client reports
