About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Case Manager with lemon law experience who is fluent in both English and Spanish. You’ll manage a high-volume caseload, communicate directly with clients, review documentation, and work closely with our legal team. This is a fully remote position for someone who works independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a training position — lemon law experience is required.
Responsibilities
Manage active lemon law cases across multiple states
Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
Gather, organize, and review service records and related documents
Maintain up-to-date and accurate case files
Provide consistent updates and guidance to clients throughout the process
Identify any problems early and coordinate with the legal team
Requirements
2–3+ years of hands-on experience handling lemon law cases
Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — mandatory
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable in a remote work environment
Strong written and verbal communication
Familiar with legal CRMs and document management systems
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000 – $85,000, based on experience
