Accounting Assistant
Account Receivable (AR)
Account Payable (AP)
Initiate bank wire transfers
Trust accounting
Monthly bank reconciliations
Remote checking deposits
Payroll related tasks
IRS Form 1099 preparation
Auditing vendor invoices
Processing credit card payments
Attorney time billing
Knowledge of QuickBooks required.
Knowledge of Excel required.
Payroll processing experience a plus.
Prior law firm experience a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
