Attorney – Consumer Bankruptcy
Clark & Washington, PC
Clark & Washington, PC is a high-volume, multi-state consumer bankruptcy firm.
We are currently seeking an ambitious and hardworking individual to fill a full-time attorney position in our Chattanooga, TN location.
Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients and assessing their financial situations;
Court appearances on behalf of clients;
Reviewing cases for accuracy and legal viability;
Resolving issues for clients originated by the U.S. Trustee;
Researching and drafting pleadings;
Communicating with courts, trustees, opposing counsel, and other local law firms to effectively represent clients;
Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities with multiple clients;
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
Bankruptcy experience and/or admission to the Eastern District of TN is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
