Deputy Prosecuting Attorney – Level 6 Felonies
The Madison County Prosecutor’s Office is hiring a deputy prosecuting attorney responsible for prosecuting Level 6 felonies, related misdemeanors, and major felony revocations.
Applicants must possess a J.D. and be licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana.
The initial annual salary for this position is between $75,000 – $85,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
The position includes PERF, full county benefits, and qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. There is no residency requirement.
