Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee orientation, and training development. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and experience with HR software such as Workday, Paychex, UltiPro, or Ceridian. The Human Resources Administrator will play a key role in strategic planning and ensuring compliance with workers’ compensation regulations.
Duties
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform strategic planning initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
Administer workers’ compensation claims and liaise with insurance providers as necessary.
Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Experience
Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an administrator or coordinator.
Familiarity with HR software systems such as Workday, Paychex, UltiPro, or Ceridian is highly desirable.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively.
Experience in training development and strategic planning within an HR context.
Knowledge of recruiting best practices and workers’ compensation regulations is a plus.
